Brighton lineup vs. Bournemouth: Predicted XI for Premier League clash

Doubts among doubts: How Brighton could line up against Bournemouth

Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Brighton & Hove Albion could line up for Saturday's Premier League clash with Bournemouth.

Brighton & Hove Albion head coach Fabian Hurzeler has a debilitating fitness crisis to work around for Saturday's Premier League clash with Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

The Seagulls are expected to still be without James Milner (thigh) and Solly March (knee) for the time being, and Hurzeler has conceded that Ferdi Kadioglu (toe) is also unlikely to play this weekend.

The Brighton boss also did not deliver an update on Tariq Lamptey (calf), Adam Webster (thigh) or Yasin Ayari (ankle) on Thursday morning, but Carlos Baleba (knee), Jack Hinshelwood (knee) and Lewis Dunk (calf) might shake off their issues in time for the trip across the South Coast.

Hurzeler should not see a reason to risk Dunk after the backline of Pervis Estupinan, Igor, Jan Paul van Hecke and Joel Veltman started the win over Manchester City, although the former may need a once-over after his return from South America.

Simon Adingra and Kaoru Mitoma ought to hold their spots out wide too, but the match-winner from two weekends ago - Matt O'Riley - should earn promotion to the first XI over one of Ayari or Hinshelwood depending on their respective fitness levels.

The rejuvenated Joao Pedro also has a case to come into the first XI over Georginio Rutter, but Danny Welbeck is a shoo-in at the tip of the Seagulls' attack.

Brighton & Hove Albion possible starting lineup:
Verbruggen; Veltman, Van Hecke, Igor, Estupinan; Adingra, O'Riley, Baleba, Mitoma; Pedro, Welbeck
