Preview: Brighton & Hove Albion vs. Queens Park Rangers

Sports Mole previews Tuesday's Championship encounter between Brighton & Hove Albion and Queens Park Rangers.

Brighton & Hove Albion will be looking to give their promotion hopes a boost on Tuesday when they play host to Queens Park Rangers in the Championship.

The Seagulls are currently two points adrift of the playoff places following Saturday's 1-1 draw at Reading.

Meanwhile, QPR can move to within six points of the automatic promotion places with a second consecutive win.

Harry Redknapp's side got their campaign back on track over the weekend thanks to a 2-0 victory at Birmingham City.

Brighton and QPR played out a goalless draw when they met at Loftus Road back in September.

Gordon Greer is suspended for the hosts, while Dale Stephens and Andrea Orlandi will both face late fitness tests.

Kevin Doyle is a doubt for the visitors due to a knee injury, although Niko Kranjcar could recover from a hamstring problem in time for the match.
