Defender Bruno has penned a new one-year contract at Brighton & Hove Albion.
The 37-year-old is currently featuring in his sixth campaign with the Seagulls, with 213 appearances being made in all competitions.
The Spaniard remains a regular in Chris Hughton's squad, and the Brighton boss says that the full-back is fully deserving of his new deal.
Hughton told the club's official website: "Bruno has been exemplary in my time as manager, firstly he has been an excellent right-back for the team, and secondly an excellent captain for the club over the past three seasons.
"The way he looks after himself, on and off the pitch, is an example to any player, and it is due to that lifestyle of professionalism that he is still playing at such a high level at this stage of his career."
Bruno has made 19 starts in the Premier League this season, with Brighton currently sitting six points above the relegation zone.
