Gary Rowett: 'We must bounce back'

Burton Albion boss Gary Rowett says that his players must react to the 2-0 defeat against Bristol Rovers.

Gary Rowett has admitted that his Burton Albion side did not show their best in the 2-0 defeat to Bristol Rovers on Friday evening.

Albion were undone by goals from David Clarkson and John-Joe O'Toole, but Rowett says that what is important now is how they react.

"I am very disappointed with our performance, but now it is how we react to it that counts," Rowett told Sky Sports News.

"We have been very proud of our away form, but now we have to start again. How we use our remaining games will define our season and we have to do better than we did here."

Burton are sixth in the league.
