Burton Albion boss Gary Rowett has been selected as one of four nominees for December's League Two Manager of the Month Award.
Football League sponsors Sky Bet have put Rowett's name in the mix after the 39-year-old guided his side to three wins and three draws in all competitions.
The Brewers ended 2013 third in the League Two table and on a nine-match unbeaten run, which they extended to 10 games by drawing at Mansfield Town on New Year's Day.
Rowett's competition for the award will come from Newport County manager Justin Edinburgh, Scunthorpe United boss Russ Wilcox and Cheltenham Town's Mark Yates.
Edinburgh guided his newly-promoted side to nine points from four games, while Wilcox oversaw two wins and two draws during the month that saw him upgraded from caretaker to permanent manager.
Cheltenham's December ended with a disappointing home defeat to Mansfield, but that result came after the Robins had picked up 10 points in four games - a run that included impressive away wins at Morecambe and Fleetwood Town.
