League Two roundup: Bury become league leaders

Sports Mole rounds up Saturday's League Two action as Bury become the new league leaders.

Bury leapfrogged Burton Albion back to the top of the table as the beat lowly Tranmere Rovers 2-0.

Wycombe Wanderers scored a 98th-minute equaliser through Aaron Holloway to dishearten 10-man Northampton Town.

Carlisle United embarrassed Hartlepool United 3-0 at Victoria Park, leaving Pools at the foot of the table.

An early Luke Joyce penalty was enough to give Accrington Stanley three away points to Mansfield Town, who played the last eight minutes with 10-men.

A first-half Adam Barrett equaliser secured AFC Wimbledon an away point against Cheltenham Town, after trailing 1-0 early on to Matt Taylor's goal.

Ten-man Oxford United picked up all three points against Newport County, despite Tyrone Barnett's second yellow card in the 55th minute.

Reuben Reid's 33rd-minute strike gifted Plymouth Argyle the win and a clean sheet against Shrewsbury Town.

Southend United's impressive run in League Two came to an end as Morecambe's Jack Redshaw scored the game's only goal after five minutes of play.

Luton Town prevailed over rivals Stevenage thanks to goals Alex Wall and Luke Wilkinson's second in as many games.

York City and Portsmouth played out a stalemate in the league's only goalless game.
