Wycombe Wanderers miss the chance to overtake Burton at the top of League Two.

Wycombe Wanderers missed the chance to overtake Burton Albion at the top of the table after Accrington Stanley held them to a 2-2 draw at home.

Shrewsbury Town leapfrogged Wycombe to second after goals from Connor Goldson, James Collins, Jermaine Grandison and Tyrone Barnett guided them to a convincing victory at Morecambe, who had Andreas Arestidou sent off early in the second half.

Bottom-of-the-table Hartlepool United claimed a valuable win away to Oxford United thanks to goals from Ryan Bird and Neil Austin.

Tranmere Rovers moved out of the relegation zone after earning three valuable points away to Cambridge United, with goals from Max Power and Dan Gardner.

Cheltenham Town consequently drop to 23rd, after four first-half goals meant they shared the spoils with Portsmouth at Fratton Park.

Tom Soares kept Bury's promotion hopes alive in their 1-0 win over York City

Aaron O'Connor scored the game's only goal as Newport County defeated Luton Town, meaning they stay in touch with the playoff spots.

Abu Ogogo and Jamie Cureton ensured Dagenham & Redbridge claimed all three points in a 2-0 victory at home to Plymouth Argyle.
