Jones starts in place of Alex Revell, while there are Bluebirds debuts for Conor McAleny and Eoin Doyle at Hillsborough.

Bruno Manga returns to the side after his Africa Cup of Nations commitments, starting ahead of Matthew Connolly.

Wednesday have made five changes from the side that lost to Reading last weekend, as Marnick Vermijl makes his debut and Will Keane starts.

Subs: Kirkland, Semedo, Palmer, Nuhiu, Maghoma, Bus, McGuigan.
