Carlisle United have extended the loan of Danny Redmond from Wigan Athletic for a further month.
The 23-year-old joined Carlisle initially for a month in February but will now remain with the Cumbrians until April 5.
"Danny has been fantastic for us and we're delighted that he's staying," manager Graham Kavanagh said.
"He's fitted in really well here and he's enjoying his football.
"We'd like to thank Wigan for the way they have handled this with us and we're sure that, now Danny has shown that he can handle this level, he will go from strength to strength as we go on from here."
Redmond has made six appearances, five of them starts, for Carlisle since joining them.
The Cumbrians also announced today that Sunderland keeper Jordan Pickford has extended his loan until the end of the season.
