Leigh Griffiths back in Celtic contention

Hatem Abd Elhamed and Mohamed Elyounoussi miss out.

Leigh Griffiths returns to the Celtic squad for the Ladbrokes Premiership clash with Livingston at Parkhead.

Defender Hatem Abd Elhamed is out for another couple of weeks with a heavy abductor strain while attacker Mohamed Elyounoussi is out for seven to 10 days with a foot injury.

Striker Vakoun Issouf Bayo is out for several weeks with a knee injury while Jozo Simunovic (knee) is still out alongside Daniel Arzani (knee).

Livingston will start life without Lee Miller after the veteran striker was appointed interim co-manager of Falkirk this week.

Miller has returned to his former club to team-up with old team-mate David McCracken following Ray McKinnon's sacking.

Gary Holt's side must also contend with an injury list which includes Cece Pepe, Alan Lithgow, Nicky Devlin, Chris Erskine and Jack Stobbs.

Celtic provisional squad: Forster, Frimpong, Bauer, Bolingoli, Taylor, Ajer, Jullien, Rogic,
Bitton, Brown, McGregor, Ntcham, Forrest, Edouard, Johnston, Griffiths, Christie, Hayes, Morgan, Gordon.

Livingston provisional squad: Sarkic, Lamie, Guthrie, Lithgow, McMillan, Odoffin, Bartley, Lawless, Crawford, Tiffoney, Jacobs, Lawson, Sibbald, Robinson, Pittman, Taylor-Sinclair, Stewart.
