After a goalless first half, the Bhoys came out firing and took a lead after 46 minutes through captain Scott Brown.
Gary Hooper then doubled the lead for Neil Lennon's side with a fine header on 53 minutes, before grabbing his second just 10 minutes later.
James Forrest added a fourth after 70 minutes to secure the win for Celtic.

Billy McKay opened the scoring after 12 minutes when he hit home a penalty, though Nicky Riley cancelled that out after 19 minutes to make it 1-1.
Owain Tudur Jones restored the home side's lead before McKay grabbed his second of the game. Andrew Shinnie secured the points for Inverness on 70 minutes when he made it 4-1.
A brace from Niall McGinn gave Aberdeen a comfortable 2-0 victory over St Johnstone at the Pittodrie.
