Roberto Di Matteo says that there is a chance that Gary Cahill and David Luiz will not be fit for the Champions League final against Bayern Munich on May 19.

Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has admitted that the Blues could be served a double blow ahead of the Champions League final against Bayern Munich as David Luiz and Gary Cahill continue to fight for fitness.

The former Bolton Wanderers centre-back has not featured in the London outfit's last four fixtures due to a hamstring injury, while Luiz has been sidelined since April 15.

"We are working towards their fitness and trying to get them back but right now I cannot answer the question," said Di Matteo. "We'll have to see."

The Blues will have to defeat Bayern at the Allianz Arena in Germany on May 19 to ensure Champions League football next season following their 4-1 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League last night.
