Moussa Dembele confident Eden Hazard will succeed at Chelsea

Fulham and Belgium forward Moussa Dembele tips Eden Hazard to succeed at Chelsea, despite his slight physique.

Fulham forward Moussa Dembele believes that Belgium teammate Eden Hazard will succeed in the Premier League, despite his slight physique.

Hazard ended months of speculation by confirming via Twitter on Monday that he will be playing for Chelsea next season.

The 21-year-old playmaker is only 5'8" tall, but Dembele is expecting him to cope well with the physical demands of the English game.

"He will need a little time to adapt but it won't take long," Dembele explained. "He has the quality to succeed in every competition in Europe but the English competition is the best in the world so it will be good for his development.

"Eden is quite small, but in the last couple of years more small players have arrived in the Premier League like David Silva, Juan Mata and before that Luka Modric. Hazard can certainly be like them."

Including Dembele and Hazard, Belgium's Euro 2012 squad contains seven Premier League players. The others are Simon Mignolet, Thomas Vermaelen, Vincent Kompany, Marouane Fellaini and Romelu Lukaku.
