Team News: Lampard, Drogba start on bench for Chelsea

Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba only make a place on the bench for Chelsea as they host Birmingham City in the FA Cup fifth round.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has opted to leave out Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba for his side's FA Cup fifth-round tie against Birmingham City.

Drogba has only just rejoined the squad after Ivory Coast's ultimately unsuccessful African Cup of Nations campaign, while Lampard is once again overlooked by the Portuguese boss.

Fernando Torres and Daniel Sturridge start up front for Chelsea, while there is no Nikola Zigic for the visitors.

Chelsea: Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, David Luiz, Bertrand; Ramires, Mikel, Meireles; Sturridge, Torres, Mata

Birmingham: Doyle; Carr, Davies, Ibanez, Murphy; Redmond, Mutch, Fahey, Gomis, Elliott; Rooney
