Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel has expressed his disappointment following his side's 1-1 draw against Liverpool in the first leg of their League Cup semi-final.
The Blues had gone ahead through Eden Hazard's penalty, but Raheem Sterling struck after the break to level the tie ahead of next week's second leg.
While Mikel was unhappy that his side could not take a lead back to Stamford Bridge, he believes that they hold the upper hand given their away goal.
"We were disappointed to concede the goal but we need to make sure we finish it back home," he told BBC Sport.
"We didn't lose and we scored. The away goals count, so we're still in a good place."
Chelsea will face Bradford City in the FA Cup at the weekend, before playing the second leg of their clash against Liverpool next Tuesday.
