Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas is glad that his side are back to winning ways after their 1-0 win at Blackburn Rovers.

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has admitted that he was glad his side got back to winning ways with a 1-0 win at Blackburn Rovers.

After two recent league defeats and a Champions League draw, Frank Lampard's goal earned the Blues the win at Ewood Park.

"It's been a really tough week for us so we wanted to get back to winning ways and that's what we've done," Villa-Boas told BBC Sport.

"We have come to a difficult place and got the points we wanted. Hopefully we can build on this."

Chelsea next host Liverpool in the Premier League after the upcoming international break.
