Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has played down injury fears surrounding goalkeeper Petr Cech.
The 29-year-old was substituted during the Blues' Carling Cup win against Fulham on Wednesday night after a collision with opposition striker Orlando Sa.
"Petr has been taken for a scan at the hospital - but he is okay," said Villas-Boas. "He felt a bit dizzy at half-time and we decided it was better not to take a risk. I expect him to play on Saturday."
The Portuguese boss was also optimistic about striker Daniel Sturridge, who had to be taken off just before the break.
"The ligaments are okay," he added. "If he misses one [game], it won't be more than that."
Chelsea continue their Premier League campaign on Saturday, when they host Swansea City at Stamford Bridge.
