Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has hailed the club's interim manager Roberto Di Matteo and is hopeful that their positive run can continue for a "long time".
The Blues managed to clinch a spot in the quarter-finals of the Champions League after defeating Napoli 5-4 on aggregate at Stamford Bridge last night.
Di Matteo, who was appointed by the former English champions as temporary coach until the end of the season, has won all three games since the dismissal of Andre Villas-Boas.
"It's an ideal start for coaching and we will all be glad if the series goes on for a long time yet," Cech told the club's official website.
The Blues have ten games in the domestic season to finish in fourth place and secure a position in next season's Champions League.
