Three members of Chelsea's staff have reportedly been suspended after damaging the Champions League trophy.
It is understood that one of the handles was left hanging off after the three security personnel posed for pictures.
According to the Daily Mail, the trophy was sent to a London shop for repairs and club chief executive Ron Gourlay will conduct an internal investigation.
A club spokesman said: "The trophy was accidentally damaged while pictures were being taken. It was minor damage and has already been repaired. We don't make comment on staff matters."
Chelsea secured a Champions League and FA Cup double last season.
