The Football Association has charged Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion for failing to control their players during Wednesday's Premier League match.
It was a fiery encounter as six players were booked before James McClean's last-gasp goal resulted in a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.
As a result of some of the players' actions, the English governing body has stepped in to punish the clubs involved.
A statement from the FA read: "Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion have both been charged for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
"The charge relates to an incident which occurred in or around the 58th minute of their fixture on Wednesday January 13, 2016."
The clubs have until 6pm on January 20 to respond to the charges.
