Didier Drogba: 'I love Chelsea so much, I would become their kit man'

Didier Drogba jokes that he loves Chelsea so much, he would return to the club in any guise - including as a kit man.

Didier Drogba has joked that he loves Chelsea so much that he would return to Stamford Bridge as their kit man.

The 37-year-old spent nine years with the Blues over two spells, winning four Premier League titles and converting the decisive penalty to win the Champions League in 2012.

Asked about a possible return to Chelsea in the future, he told Sky Sports News: "Things have been fantastic between me and the club. I really want to be part of this club, of the history of Chelsea.

"As I said, as an ambassador, as a kit man - it shows the love I have for this club. Garry Grey [Chelsea kit man] is in trouble! Gary - I'm coming for you!"

Drogba currently plays for MLS side Montreal Impact.
