Eden Hazard has said that Chelsea are almost ready to begin celebrating a Premier League title after edging out Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road this afternoon.
Cesc Fabregas grabbed an 88th-minute winner as the Blues secured a slender 1-0 win to restore their seven-point lead over second-placed Arsenal.
Jose Mourinho's side have played one game fewer than the Gunners and Manchester United, who both have six matches left, and Hazard says that the title is not far away.
"We're almost ready to start celebrating the title. But it is not finished," he told Canal Plus. "In the Premier League we know well that it is always difficult with a lot of points ahead.
"We have two important games coming up against Arsenal and Manchester United. If we win one of those two that would be OK.
"We are close to reclaiming the title, but it is not finished yet - there is more work to do."
Chelsea's game in hand comes away to bottom-of-the-table Leicester City.
