The FA will meet with Anton Ferdinand today to quiz him over allegations that he was racially abused by John Terry.

Anton Ferdinand will face the FA today (Friday) to be quizzed over allegations that John Terry racially abused him during QPR's 1-0 victory over Chelsea on Sunday.

A delegation from the Football Association is due to visit QPR's training ground to seek his version of the incident.

PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor has offered to mediate, as he did in the Patrice Evra and Luis Suarez case two weeks ago.

The row broke shortly after the match when footage circulating on the internet appeared to show Chelsea captain John Terry mouthing a racist slur towards Ferdinand.

Terry has categorically denied the claims, but if proved true then he stands to lose his England captaincy.
