Henderson, McEachran drop out of Under-21 squad

Jordan Henderson and Josh McEachran have been granted permission to leave the England Under-21 squad and return to their clubs.

Liverpool midfielder Henderson, who scored during the Under-21's 6-0 victory over Azerbaijan on Thursday, has been allowed to rejoin the Reds as they prepare for next weekend's match with Stoke City.

McEachran, 18, has been forced to withdraw with a hamstring injury and will be treated by club medical staff at Chelsea.

England's youngsters take on their Israeli counterparts in a friendly at Oakwell tomorrow evening.
