Josip Ilicic and Armin Bacinovic have signed new five-year deals with Palermo.
The pair joined the Italian side together a year ago for a combined £2.7 million from Slovenia's Maribor.
The news ends speculation that midfielder Bacinovic could move to Chelsea or Liverpool.
Ilicic - also in midfield - scored 8 goals in 34 appearances for Palermo last season.
