Juan Mata has become the latest Chelsea player to lend his backing to manager Andre Villas-Boas.
The Portuguese boss has been under increasing pressure during his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge, particularly with the club 11 points behind leaders Manchester City in the title race.
However, Spanish winger Mata has insisted that his boss is doing "very well".
"Villas-Boas is doing things very well and both the players and the club have a lot of confidence in him," Mata told Marca.
Mata's words come a day after captain John Terry expressed his faith in Villas-Boas.
