Jose Mourinho "calm" ahead of potential title-winning game against Crystal Palace

Jose Mourinho insists that he and his Chelsea players are "calm" ahead of Sunday's encounter against Crystal Palace, despite being just three points away from the title.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has insisted that he and his players are not taking anything for granted as they head into Sunday's potential title-winning match against Crystal Palace.

The West London outfit need just three points to seal the Premier League crown with four games left to play.

Should they fail to get maximum points at Stamford Bridge, they will have to try to do so against Liverpool the following week.

"We need three points to be champions, to make sure we don't depend on goal difference," Mourinho told reporters in today's press conference. "It's easy.

"Obviously we want to finish it as soon as possible - if we can do it at home, better, and if we can do it on Sunday, even better. That's what we have in our mind.

"It's similar to Arsenal, similar to Leicester - we go to win but in this moment any point we get is a positive point. We are calm."

The Blues currently have a 13-point lead at the top of the table.
