Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho hits back at criticism from pundits

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho retaliates against criticism of his side by television pundits, insisting that it is very easy to judge from their position.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has hit back at criticism of him and his team by television pundits.

The Blues were maligned for their approach in their Champions League aggregate defeat to Paris Saint-Germain as they were accused of trying to influence the decisions of the referee at Stamford Bridge.

However, Mourinho believes that it is easy for pundits to judge managers as they have nothing at stake.

He told reporters, following his side's 1-1 draw with Southampton: "If one day I become a pundit I will win every game, because pundits win every game. I will be phenomenal like them."

Chelsea extended their lead at the top of the Premier League to six points over Manchester City with their point against the Saints.
