Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has described David Luiz's challenge on Michael Kightly as "disgraceful" following his side's defeat at Stamford Bridge.
The Brazilian defender was only given a yellow card by referee Michael Oliver for a lunge on the midfielder during the Potters' 1-0 loss in the capital.
"It is a disgraceful challenge," Pulis told BBC Sport. "I think the boy would be the first to put his hands up and admit that when he sees it. You expect referees of Premier League quality to be able to see these kinds of incidents and deal with them."
The defeat was Stoke's first in the Premier League this season.
