Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has been fined £12,000 by the Football Association for comments that he made about referee Chris Foy last month.
The Portuguese boss was unhappy after seeing his side lose 1-0 to Queens Park Rangers at Loftus Road, a game in which Foy sent off Chelsea duo Jose Bosingwa and Didier Drogba during the opening 45 minutes.
Villas-Boas accused Foy of directly influencing the result during a post-match interview with Sky Sports News.
As a result, the FA opted to charge the 33-year-old, who subsequently denied the punishment.
On top of the fine, Villas-Boas was also warned about his future conduct.
