Watford manager Gianfranco Zola has revealed that he will try to pass on any advice that he can to on-loan midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah before he eventually returns to Chelsea.
Chalobah has impressed at Vicarage Road this season as Watford challenge for promotion to the Premier League, and Zola believes that the 18-year-old is capable of replacing Frank Lampard in the heart of Chelsea's midfield.
The former Chelsea attacker told BBC Sport: "Nathaniel could be the player that replaces Frank so therefore I try to give him everything I can to become a better player.
"Frank is more like an offensive midfielder; he gets on the ball and scores important goals. Nathaniel can be very offensive obviously, but has the structure more of a holding midfielder who organises the play from the back.
"He can certainly play in the position that Frank plays but his best position is in front of the defence."
Chalobah has yet to make a senior appearance for Chelsea.
