Preview: Chelsea vs. Tottenham Hotspur

Sports Mole previews Wednesday's London derby between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, with Champions League football up for grabs.

In terms of the Premier League, this fixture is arguably the biggest one of both of these team's seasons.

These London rivals are both in the battle, along with Arsenal, for a place in next season's Champions League. Due to their superior goal difference, hosts Chelsea know that if they take maximum points at Stamford Bridge, then they will have claimed one of the two available places.

A defeat won't end Tottenham's chances, but it will leave them needing a slip-up from Arsenal during the final two matches of the season. If they were to win against the Blues, though, they would move up to fourth.

For Chelsea, they should have Eden Hazard back after he missed the weekend's trip to Manchester United with a calf problem. He should replace Victor Moses, but captain John Terry is likely to remain on the bench.

Moussa Dembele is an injury doubt for visiting Tottenham and should the Belgian not recover in time, his place could go to Lewis Holtby.

Spurs have not won in the league at Stamford Bridge since February 1990.
