Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo has emerged as a rumoured managerial target for Chelsea, with Maurizio Sarri's long-term future still unclear.
Sarri has been given a stay of execution following a run of three successive wins in all competitions that has helped to get the Blues' campaign back on track.
The 60-year-old is still fighting to stay on beyond the summer, however, and the Daily Star claims that Nuno is a possible option for Chelsea if they do sack their current boss.
Nuno is on course to finish seventh in his first campaign in the English top flight, having guided Wolves into the Premier League as Championship winners last time out.
Wolves have earned rave reviews for their style of play this season, which has helped them regularly upset the top six, including Chelsea in December.
The two teams face off again at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
