Premier League champions Chelsea have made just one change for their trip to Newcastle United, with Loic Remy replacing Diego Costa up front.

Kurt Zouma retains his place in defence ahead of John Terry, partnering England international Gary Cahill at centre-half.

Struggling Newcastle welcome back Aleksandar Mitrovic from a three-game ban. He lines up in the attack alongside Ayoze Perez.
