AC Milan chase Salomon Kalou

AC Milan are thought to be planning a summer move for Chelsea striker Salomon Kalou.

The 26-year-old, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has yet to sign a new deal with the Blues.

The Italian giants are now hoping to take advantage of his uncertain future, according to talkSPORT.

Kalou, who has also been linked with moves to Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Besiktas, moved to Chelsea from Dutch club Feyenoord in 2006 for around £9m.
