Chelsea have reached an agreement with Hartlepool United for teenage goalkeeper Brad Young, according to a report.
The 17-year-old signed his first professional contract with Hartlepool last summer and was called up by England at youth level earlier this season.
Manchester United and Arsenal are believed to be among the Premier League clubs keeping tabs on Young, but The Sun claims that Chelsea have got to his signature first.
The report indicates that the youngster has been on a provisional trial with the Blues for the past fortnight and has impressed coaches.
Young has been closely coached by former Chelsea goalkeeper Ross Turnbull during his time at National League side Hartlepool.
