Chelsea defender Benoit Badiashile has allegedly been identified as a potential transfer target by a European giant.
The 23-year-old has endured somewhat of a mixed spell at Stamford Bridge since signing from Monaco in January 2023.
Just 41 appearances have been made under a number of different managers, the centre-back being limited to just 18 Premier League appearances last season.
However, it has become apparent under current head coach Enzo Maresca that the France international is not a preferred option in the middle of the backline.
Badiashile's only top-flight outing during 2024-25 came as a second-half substitute against Liverpool last month, his seven starts being made in the EFL Cup or Conference League.

Italian side to make Badiashile approach?
A recent report suggested that Chelsea have no intention of entertaining offers for Badiashile during the January window, instead keeping faith in his ability in the long term.
Nevertheless, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are contemplating whether to make a bid for Badiashile at the turn of the year.
Juan Cabal has been ruled out in the long term after suffering an ACL injury while on international duty with Colombia earlier this week.
With Gleison Bremer having also suffered a similar issue in a recent Champions League fixture against RB Leipzig, Thiago Motta is in increasing need of reinforcements when the market reopens.
Juventus are realistically unlikely to be prepared to pay big-money on a replacement, leaving club officials to contemplate how to strengthen their squad with a loan offer an obvious possibility.

Who are the alternatives to Badiashile?
The report adds that Juventus are considering a range of options, including Radu Dragusin who had previously impressed in Serie A prior to failing to do so at Tottenham Hotspur.
Paris Saint-Germain's Milan Skriniar and Bayer Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah - the latter having less than eight months remaining on his contract - are alternatives.
Juventus currently possess the best defensive record in Serie A, conceding just seven goals from 12 matches and avoiding defeat.
