Chelsea, Liverpool chase Lucas

Chelsea and Liverpool have both been linked with a move for Brazilian teenager Lucas.

The Sao Paolo forward, 19, is learning English in anticipation of a move to the Premier League.

"Three days a week I study for one hour with a teacher," he said.

"I'm prepared to move to Europe and it is always good to get on top of the language.

"I haven't decided what I'm doing. For now I'm concentrating on Sao Paulo."

The Brazilian international, who shares the same agent as Neymar, is thought to be valued at around £20m.
