Chelsea to spend £120m on John Stones, Paul Pogba?

Chelsea are reportedly ready to spend £120m on signing Everton defender John Stones and Juventus star Paul Pogba.

Chelsea are reportedly prepared to spend £120m to sign Everton defender John Stones and Juventus star Paul Pogba.

The reigning Premier League champions splashed £21.4m on Barcelona winger Pedro on Thursday.

The Spaniard was thought to be on the verge of joining Manchester United, but the Blues swooped in to snatch a deal.

Now, according to The Express, Chelsea have switched their focus to Pogba and long-time target Stones, who is expected to be the subject of a fourth offer from the Blues worth around £40m.

Pogba has also reportedly moved towards the top of manager Jose Mourinho's wishlist and the club could try to persuade Juventus to sell by offering Juan Cuadrado as part of the deal.

It is also believed that Juve had a bid for Oscar rejected at the beginning of the week, but if Chelsea are open to selling the Brazilian, the Italian giants may consider sending Pogba to Stamford Bridge.

The transfer window closes on September 1.
