Danny Drinkwater, Ross Barkley and Tiemoue Bakayoko have reportedly been informed by Chelsea that they are free to organise a transfer to another club.
While Chelsea are in the market for new additions before the end of August, the club's main priority is facilitating exits for a wide array of squad and fringe players.
According to The Athletic, the likes of Drinkwater, Barkley and Bakayoko have all been told that they can openly communicate with other teams.
Chelsea are prepared to hand a free transfer to big-earner Drinkwater, who spent the second half of the last campaign on loan at Turkish outfit Kasimpasa.
Barkley made a positive impression during a season-long spell at Aston Villa before injury curtailed all of the momentum that he had built during the early part of the campaign.
Having spent the last three years at AC Milan, Monaco and Napoli respectively, Bakayoko is attracting interest from several teams of a similar size.
