Chelsea are reportedly keen to reacquire the services of Serbia international Nemanja Matic.
The 25-year-old midfielder left Stamford Bridge to join Benfica in 2011 in the part-exchange deal that saw David Luiz move to West London.
Matic made just two Premier League appearances as a substitute during his time at Chelsea, but he has since blossomed in Portugal and become one of Benfica's most important players.
Such is Matic's importance at Estadio da Luz that it is believed that it would take a bid of £21m for Benfica to consider selling him, but, according to The Telegraph, Chelsea are willing to meet that valuation.
Chelsea midfielder Ramires recently claimed that signing Matic would help the Blues to 'obtain their objectives'.
