Chelsea have reportedly decided to allow Romelu Lukaku to join Tottenham Hotspur, but only if Diego Costa signs for the club in the summer.
Atletico Madrid striker Costa is believed to be a top target for Chelsea as Jose Mourinho looks to add to his attacking options ahead of next season.
Lukaku's future could hinge on whether a bid for Costa is successful, with a number of clubs rumoured to be interested in the Belgian forward, who is currently on loan at Everton.
According to the Daily Mail, Spurs have already made their interest in Lukaku known to Chelsea, but could face competition from the Toffees for his signature.
Chelsea strikers Fernando Torres and Demba Ba have both been linked with exits from the club at the end of the season.
