Chelsea's Ulises Davila to extend Vitoria de Setubal stay?

Chelsea's Ulises Davila says that he would like to extend his loan spell at Portuguese side Vitoria Setubal.

Chelsea midfielder Ulises Davila is close to agreeing to extend his loan deal with Vitoria de Setubal until the end of the season, according to reports.

The 24-year-old, who joined Vitoria on loan in January, has indicated that he would like to continue his development with Bruno Ribeiro's side.

"It is possible that I can continue. At this time the clubs are in talks and anything can happen. I'd like to continue," Davila told Portuguese newspaper O Jogo.

"But for now my goal is to play as much as possible. At the end of the season I will have to talk to Chelsea to see what is happening."

Davila joined Chelsea from Mexican side Guadalajara in August 2011, and has spent time on loan with Vitesse Arnhem, and Spanish sides Sabadell, Cordoba and Tenerife.
