Eden Hazard has reportedly informed his Chelsea teammates that he will try to leave the club next summer and force through a move to Real Madrid.
The Belgium international sparked suggestions yesterday afternoon that he was keen on a switch to the Bernabeu when he 'liked' a post on Instagram with the headline: "According to Spanish media Eden Hazard is on Real Madrid's radar for a 2016 transfer."
According to L'Equipe, the 24-year-old has also not hidden his desire to join Madrid from the Chelsea squad.
However, the report adds that Los Blancos would only move for Hazard if they were to lose the services of talisman Cristiano Ronaldo.
Hazard joined the Blues from Lille in 2012 and he has gone on to make over 150 appearances for the Blues.
