Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao is not willing to move to Chelsea due to a perceived instability surrounding the club, according to reports.
The Blues have had nine different managers since Roman Abramovich took over the club 10 years ago, and with current interim manager Rafael Benitez's future far from certain at the club, Falcao has reservations about a move to Stamford Bridge, The Mirror claims.
The Colombian striker has carved out a reputation as one of the most lethal marksmen in European football in recent years and has been linked to Chelsea regularly over the past six months.
A swap deal with Fernando Torres was also recently reported.
Falcao joined Atletico Madrid from FC Porto in 2011.
