Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea have reportedly held discussions with the agent of Bayern Munich defender Mats Hummels.
The 30-year-old is in his third campaign at the Allianz Arena, but it appears that the Germany international is prepared to entertain a move away from the club.
According to Bild, the centre-back's representative Marc Kosicke recently made the trip to London to hold preliminary talks with both Spurs and Chelsea.
Hummels has not always been regarded as a first-team regular under Nico Kovac, and it has allegedly resulted in the player angling for a move elsewhere.
Bayern are unlikely to be keen on selling one of their most experienced players at the midway point of the campaign, while Hummels still has over two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract.
