Jorginho's agent Joao Santos has revealed that his client could leave Chelsea this summer as he has 'dreams' of returning to Serie A.
The 30-year-old has been a key midfielder for Thomas Tuchel's side this season, scoring nine goals and registering three assists in 38 appearances across all competitions.
Jorginho's long-term future at Stamford Bridge is believed to be uncertain, with his contract expiring in June 2023, and the current predicament with Chelsea's ownership means the Blues are unable to extend his deal due to the sanctions imposed on Roman Abramovich.
Santos has previously revealed that Italian giants Juventus have expressed their interest in signing Jorginho, but he now claims that his client could also play for one of AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli and Roma should he decide to leave Chelsea, while also adding that Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have previously held talks with the midfielder.
"Playing in Serie A is a dream for him and his heart remains here," Santos told Tuttomercatoweb.
"As things stand today, he could play for four or five clubs: Milan, Inter, Juve, Roma or Napoli.
"There are many clubs interested in him. In the past I spoke to PSG, Barcelona and also Milan's Ricky Massara. I don't know if the Rossoneri are still interested, though.
"The fact remains, we can't do anything now because Chelsea are not allowed to sell, buy or renew contracts. Jorginho has a contract until June 2023, after the World Cup we'll see about working on a renewal."
Since arriving at Chelsea from Napoli in 2018, Jorginho has made 179 appearances in all competitions, winning four major trophies including the Club World Cup last month.
