Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has instructed the club's board to pull out all the stops to sign Real Madrid playmaker Isco, according to reports.
The 23-year-old joined Los Blancos from Malaga for £23m two years ago, playing 66 games for the club and scoring 12 goals, including in the 2014 Champions League final victory over Atletico Madrid.
According to The Metro, the Blues boss has pressed directors at the club to make a higher bid for Isco, reportedly in the region of £35m, after a £20m offer was reportedly turned down.
Manchester City are also said to be keen on the Spain international.
