Paris Saint-German have reportedly offered Neymar to Premier League champions Manchester City.
The 30-year-old has been linked with a move away from the French capital after a recent report suggested that PSG were prepared to sell the striker.
Despite new PSG head coach Christophe Galtier stating that Neymar is in his plans, rumours continue to circulate about a potential departure.
According to football.london, Neymar has been offered to Manchester City this summer, although the Citizens have indicated they will not open talks about a possible transfer.
However, if Pep Guardiola's side changes their stance they could face competition from Chelsea, who are looking to strengthen their forward options after Romelu Lukaku returned to Inter Milan on loan.
The Blues have been credited with showing an interest in the PSG forward, although they are currently prioritising defensive targets.
Since arriving in Paris five years ago, Neymar has scored 100 goals and contributed 60 assists in 144 appearances for the club.
