Real Madrid reportedly have plans to cash in on Eden Hazard during the summer transfer window.
The Belgian's frustrating period at the Bernabeu has continued during 2021-22, the playmaker being restricted to six starts and seven substitute outings in La Liga and the Champions League.
Speculation persists that several clubs, including Chelsea and Newcastle United, may be prepared to make an approach for the 30-year-old in January.
However, according to Sport, no transfer is likely to materialise until the end of the season due to Hazard's partner being close to giving birth.
The report adds that Hazard still wants to prove his worth to Los Blancos having failed to make a sustained impact at the midway point of his contract.
Lille, another of his former clubs, are also monitoring his situation ahead of the turn of the year.
